– 1 bowl of leftover rice
– 200 grams boneless chicken cut in small pieces
– 1 egg
– 1 bowl of all three colored – red, green and yellow capsicums
– 1 finely chopped carrot
– 1 tablespoon finely chopped beans
– 1 bowl of finely chopped cabbage Finely chopped spring onion bulbs
– 1 bowl finely chopped spring onion
– 1.5 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
– 2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
– 1.5 teaspoon of black pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon of red chilli sauce
– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch Salt as per taste Oil To start with start by marinating the chicken Take the chicken pieces in a large bowl.
Add salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 spoon cornstarch, soy sauce and mix well Once mixed well cover the bowl and let it marinate for 15 minutes After marination start preparation to cook the chicken Put some oil in a pan Put the marinated chicken in the pan Cover the pan for 5 minutes and let the chicken pieces get cooked Once chicken is cooked well prepare a scrambled egg on the same pan Add salt and black pepper and mix well Once scrambled egg is ready prepare Chicken Fried Rice in the same pan Put some oil into the pan Add ginger garlic paste Saute and cook the paste for 1 minute so that the rawness of ginger and garlic goes away Add spring onions French beans, carrots and saute for minute Add cabbage, capsicums, chicken pieces, scrambled egg and rice Mix well on high flame Add salt as per taste, black pepper powder, soy sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and mix well Add spring onions and cook on high flame for 2 minutes Delicious Chicken Fried Rice is ready to serve If you have liked this recipe Then please dont forget to click the subscribe button on the screen Also the links of my other recipes are on the screen for you to click and see I’ll be back with many more recipes Till then take very good care of yourself and your family Stay healthy, happy and fit!
